About The Position
Auto Parts Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering vehicle parts to customers or workshops. They also perform tasks related to customer service and warehouse management. Auto Parts Delivery Drivers are primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parts to customers, with duties and responsibilities including:
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver auto parts to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Inspect, load, and unload auto parts to and from the delivery vehicle
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers
- Ensure that the delivery vehicle is in good operating condition
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and complaints efficiently
- Collect payments from customers at the time of product delivery
- Follow all traffic laws to keep deliveries safe and on time
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of deliveries and any inventory movement
- Assist in warehouse inventory management and restock parts as needed
