About The Position

Reviva, Inc. is seeking a Parts Detailer to join their manufacturing team. This entry-level position involves performing repetitive workstation operations to clean, detail, and qualify engine components for remanufacturing. The role is essential in ensuring that parts are usable and meet quality standards after being cleaned and detailed.

Requirements

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous hand and power tool experience preferred.
• Interest in engines or mechanical inclination.
• Previous experience hitting production metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing and buffing functions to clean and smooth engine components of dirt, paint, and rust.
• Utilize hand, impact, and power tools and equipment.
• Follow established procedures and all Standard Work instructions.
• Report to department supervisor and initiate action to prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.
• Operate stationary or moving overhead hoists, baskets, and carts.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines/equipment as required.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform other related operations required or directed.
• May work at different work stations as production needs require.
