Grieco Collision Center is looking to hire an experienced, multi-tasking Parts Advisor! Responsibilities
- Looking up parts for technicians and advisors
- Receiving parts from manufacturer and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed
- Mirror match new parts with old parts for any discrepancy
- Retain Supplement parts that need to be processed
- Scrapping Supplement parts not needed or after insurance inspection is complete
- Control and maintain all inventory
Requirements
- Automotive dealer parts experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced multitasking environment
- Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude
- Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- ROME SOFTWARE knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train
- Must be able to work in a close team environment as well as on your own
