Grieco Collision Center is looking to hire an experienced, multi-tasking Parts Advisor! Requirements

• Automotive dealer parts experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced multitasking environment
• Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude
• Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• ROME SOFTWARE knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train
• Must be able to work in a close team environment as well as on your own

Responsibilities

• Looking up parts for technicians and advisors
• Receiving parts from manufacturer and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed
• Mirror match new parts with old parts for any discrepancy
• Retain Supplement parts that need to be processed
• Scrapping Supplement parts not needed or after insurance inspection is complete
• Control and maintain all inventory
