About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department in Las Vegas, NV . This position plays a key role in supporting technicians and customers by providing accurate parts identification, timely order fulfillment, and high-quality service.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of automotive parts and systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership or aftermarket)
- CDK experience is a plus
- Subaru parts knowledge is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and customers at the parts counter
- Identify, price, and sell automotive parts and accessories
- Accurately enter parts orders and invoices using the dealership management system
- Maintain proper inventory control and organization
- Receive, stock, and label incoming parts shipments
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure repair deadlines are met
- Keep the parts counter and warehouse clean, organized, and professional
