About The Position

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for successfully providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism while delivering parts and supplies to clients and technicians.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain company driving requirements if required to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work overtime as a job requirement dependent on department needs.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software and Order processing systems; DBS; SIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Drop off parts orders to client locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional and safe courier vehicle.
• Interact with service admin and technicians to determine delivery times and locations of parts.
