About The Position

The Parts Delivery Driver plays a critical role in supporting the Parts Department by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery of parts to customers, wholesale accounts, and vendor locations. This position represents the dealership on the road and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
• Coordinate with the parts team prior to departure to ensure efficient routing and accurate deliveries
• Verify invoices match purchase orders and payments
• Maintain accurate daily delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures
• Unload the delivery vehicle daily and return all paperwork and undelivered parts
• Perform light vehicle maintenance including fueling, cleaning, and basic inspections
• Notify the Parts Manager of any needed vehicle repairs or maintenance
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and receiving parts as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold dealership standards
