About The Position

Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere. As a Parts Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for answering and processing incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians, pulling orders, receiving and putting up stock, and ordering parts while developing relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors. You will enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and responding to customer concerns and requests. Maintaining direct contact with current and prospective customers, preparing customer quotes, processing paperwork, and managing inventory control, including cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments, are also key responsibilities.
