Requirements
- Prior automotive retail/wholesale parts experience preferred (Tekion experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive retail/wholesale parts experience preferred (Tekion experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Check in and stock incoming parts orders accurately
- Pull, organize, and distribute parts to technicians promptly
- Look up parts in catalogs, create quotes, and process invoices
- Place special orders and monitor backorders or upgrades
- Maintain communication with internal and external customers
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Support management with damage or shortage claims
- Coordinate wholesale deliveries and returns
- Scrap warranty and obsolete parts as needed
