About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Counterperson with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry. This role requires someone with 1-2 years of experience in a dealership or retail automotive parts environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of dealership or retail automotive parts experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of DealerBuilt is a plus.
• Willingness to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles.
• Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles.
• Work with the parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Communicate with customers on the status of parts ordered and notify them upon delivery.
• Serve as a backup to the stocking clerk as necessary.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
