About The Position
The Parts Counterperson sells parts to ALL available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen check
- Must have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean, neat and clearly labeled.
- Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and co-workers.
- Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers.
- Assist with putting all freight/stock away upon arrival
- Assist with inventory control through daily bin checks
