In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring exceptional service. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years, and we’re looking to add a passionate problem-solver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence. Hours to be Tuesday through Saturday

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detailed-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems in a plus
Proficiency with computers systems and parts catalog software.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Accurately process parts orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with the service and sales teams to fulfill customer needs.
Keep up-to-date with product information and industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.
Other duties as directed by management.
