We are seeking a motivated Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Parts Counterperson Full-Time Opportunity Saturday and Sunday availability is a MUST. Prior dealership or parts experience is required. Job Description & Duties: Executes various customer service, promotional, advertising, and stocking tasks associated with receiving, selling, and delivering parts and accessories. Contributes to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership's parts department. Holds continuous responsibilities for aiding in counter parts sales and handling customer service duties. Key responsibilities typically include but not limited to: Sell products to fulfill customer needs. Demonstrate the ability to specify parts. Uphold customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized department. Record all sales and customer transactions accurately. Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as necessary. Attend training sessions as directed by management to stay proficient in the job description. Safely and skillfully utilize dealership equipment and resources. Perform additional tasks as mandated by the Parts Manager. Adhere to grooming and clothing standards as per dealership guidelines. Answer phones promptly within 4 rings. Follow up on all placed and processed orders to expedite parts delivery to customers. Cross-sell all product lines and manufacturers when applicable.
