About The Position

Fred Beans Automotive is immediately hiring a Parts Counterperson Trainee! The Parts Counter Trainee will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained the first time.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive technician experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
• Cost parts on invoice
• Coordinate with Technicians and others to ensure that parts requests are met
• Stocks incoming product and tracks inventory
