About The Position

Parts Specialist – Heavy Equipment

If you're a parts guru who enjoys researching and problem solving, we have the job for you. Vermeer All Roads in Charlotte, NC and searching for an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy-duty and heavy-equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.
Schedule & Compensation:
Base salary plus monthly commission of up o $60k
Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!

Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Work Authorization
• Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned
