Working with Toyota Parts assisting technicians, parts retail customers, and wholesale accounts in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Job duties include (but not limited to): · Quote and bill parts out in an accurate and timely manner. · Identify orders that require special handling, such as emergency order, overnight and will call. · Follow up on status of orders to assure that delivery will be made as promised. · Answer telephone in accordance with dealership guidelines. Solicit orders or answer questions as appropriate. - Working with our dealer management system as well as manufactures’ parts catalogs - Processing part returns as needed. - Work as a team toward a common goal of servicing our customer base and increasing gross profit. - Perform other duties and tasks as directed by Management. Schedule: -Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
