About The Position

Do you enjoy finding the right part for your customer? Are you the go-to for all things related to truck parts? Kenworth of Ft Lauderdale, FL is searching for a Parts Counter rep to assist our customers. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Heavy duty experience is a plus! This is a full time position offering benefits.
Salary & Schedule Base salary plus commission of $70k-$100k, full time hours

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in selecting required parts
• Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
• Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
• Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
• Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
• All other duties as assigned
