About The Position

The Parts Counter Specialist at Centennial Subaru is responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• R&R (UCS) experience is a PLUS.
• Preferred experience with Subaru brand.
• Successful retail and cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles.
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Subaru brand parts and service.
• Familiarity with automotive parts inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist all technicians, guests, other internal customers, and vendors with necessary parts orders.
• Suggest companion part requirements and ensure exposure to the full product line.
• Pull parts purchased from inventory and maintain accurate bin counts.
• Order parts and accessories from Lexus and approved after-market suppliers.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all payment transactions.
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with company values and policies.
