About The Position

Responsibilities

• Customer and technician assistance: Greet customers, help them find the correct parts, answer phone inquiries, and provide price quotes
• Sales and transactions: Process sales, generate invoices, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges
• Inventory management: Use parts catalogs and computer systems to look up parts, track inventory levels, receive new stock, and inform the manager of low stock
• Customer Service: Handle complaints professionally, provide information on product features and warranties, and build customer relationships
• Workspace upkeep: Keep the parts counter, showroom, and storage areas clean and organized
