Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information
Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing
Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory
Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up
Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records
Locate and source parts when items are out of stock
Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year
