Your Role: As a Parts Counterperson at Leif Johnson Ford, you'll be more than a team member; you'll be a crucial part of our legacy. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Assistance: Guiding customers in identifying and purchasing necessary parts and accessories for their Ford vehicles. Order Processing: Managing parts orders and transactions with precise documentation and invoicing. Product Knowledge: Maintaining updated knowledge of Ford parts and accessories, ensuring you provide accurate and timely information to our valued customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or technical training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an automotive parts department, dealership, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, reflecting our dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, enabling better service to our diverse customer base.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that demands organization, attention to detail, and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Ford vehicles, parts, and accessories.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and evenings.
  • Team spirit and self-motivation, consistent with our values.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
