Requirements

• 1-3 years in a parts department or related field.
• A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional service to customers.
• Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the parts they need and answer any questions they have.
• Follow up on orders, handle shortages, and make sure customers get their parts as quickly as possible.
• Supply service technicians with parts needed so they can complete their work accurately and on time.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure everything is ready to go.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming parts counter area.
