About The Position

We are searching for a Parts Counter Representative to join our growing operations at our upcoming Morgan City, Louisiana location. The person in this role will be responsible for working with customers and technicians to fill parts requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Strong sales consultative communication skills as role is a "customer-facing" position
• Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office software

• Previous experience with selling parts

Responsibilities

• Answer parts sales calls
• Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
• Take and process customer orders
• Offer advice and details regarding available products
• Follow-up communications with customers
• Stock, order, and maintain proper inventory levels
