About The Position

Are you a technician looking for a change of pace, or an automotive parts pro ready to move into the heavy-duty sector? We are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to support our specialized truck body manufacturing and service operations. From tri-axle dumps to snow and ice removal fleets, we build and support the toughest trucks on the road. You will be the technical expert helping our shop technicians and walk-in/phone customers identify the exact components they need to stay on the road. Requirements

  • Experience: Background in heavy-duty truck parts or automotive parts is required.
  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with CDK/ADP is a major plus but not required (we will train the right candidate).
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read diagrams and understand hydraulic and mechanical truck systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in the parts field directly with heavy duty trucks
  • Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales: Service walk-in customers and handle high-volume phone inquiries with professionalism.
  • Shop Support: Work closely with our build and repair technicians to source parts for ongoing projects.
  • Research & Problem Solving: Use technical knowledge to identify parts for Tenco, Monroe, and Beauroc bodies, as well as Certified Cirus hydraulic systems.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize CDK/ADP business systems to look up parts, check availability, and process orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice and problem-solving to ensure customers receive the correct components the first time.
