This role is responsible for assisting internal technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries, orders, and inventory support while delivering a premium brand experience consistent with Porsche standards.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience required (luxury or European brand preferred)
• Familiarity with parts catalog systems.(CDK)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (DMS systems, Microsoft Office)
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
• Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche parts catalogs and systems
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and inventory tracking
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
• Upsell and recommend additional parts or accessories when appropriate
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
