About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions about automotive parts and accessories, locating parts from inventory or external sources, arranging deliveries and installations, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming parts and accessories
• Locate parts and arrange for installation as needed
• Monitor and maintain parts inventory and storage area
• Stay informed on current vehicles, accessories, and promotions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required
• Ensure safe and punctual delivery of parts following company standards
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Perform additional duties as assigned
