About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic computer skills including inventory management and order processing software.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts.
- Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate with service technicians and suppliers to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain clean and efficient parts counter and storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
