  • Experience as a parts counter person, service tech, maintenance or repair tech, mechanic

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude required. Background as a parts counter person, service tech, maintenance or repair tech, mechanic, or someone who quoted vehicle, HVAC, industrial, or equipment repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers by phone, email, and at the service counter.
  • Identify hydraulic parts based on customer needs, including researching older equipment when needed.
  • Quote and sell hydraulic parts, including pumps and motors.
  • Order approved parts or pull items from inventory when available.
  • Answer customer questions and support repair, service, or replacement needs.
  • Learn basic hydraulic hose replacement, including cutting and assembling hoses.
