About The Position
Fox Toyota Subaru in Auburn, NY is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our service department, technicians, and customers by providing accurate parts information and timely order fulfillment. Fox Toyota Subaru is committed to providing excellent service to our customers and a supportive, team-focused environment for our employees. Qualified candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clear driving history and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Requirements
- Automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and retail/wholesale customers in identifying and ordering automotive parts
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
- Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient workflow
