About The Position

RV Parts Counter Person / Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Mesa Area) World Wide RV is looking for a Parts Counter Person and a Shipping and receiving clerk. If you are looking to move up this is your opportunity. We are looking for someone who is happy servicing customers and there RV’s Previous RV Dealership experience is a plus. Job Duties: The duties of a Parts counter Person include but not limited to: Assist in Answering Phones with a smile on · Greeting customers, understanding there needs and delivering exceptional customer service Listening to request of the parts needed and clearly explaining that to vendors to get the right part the first time. ·Selling parts, Ordering parts receiving parts. · Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards · Periodically checking on the progress of the parts orders and contacting the customer and technicians if there is a delay in getting the parts. Obtaining warranty returns. Job Duties: The duties of a shipping and receiving clerk include but not limited to: . Keep shipping area cleaned and organized. . Make sure all work orders are filed in the file. . Inspect all incoming parts for damage .Recieve and tag all parts in a timely manner. .Ship all authorized parts out daily . Process paperwork for warranty submittal. . Maintain paperwork flow to stay daily.

Requirements

3 years RV/automotive experience
Willingness to exceed customers expectations
Possess strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and vendors
Excellent computer skills
Good job history
High school diploma or equivalent
Good with computers
Can multitask when needed
Enjoys working with people and paperwork
Reliable transportation
