Requirements

• Previous experience in an auto, equipment, or industrial parts environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well with a team and independently
• Organized with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in locating and selecting parts
• Oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to purchase
• Handle special order requests and locate out-of-stock items
• Provide timely updates to customers on the status of special orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
• Deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
