Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Previous automotive parts counter experience required (Toyota or dealership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Proficient computer skills; experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale clients with parts selection, pricing, and order processing
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to online sales and website inquiries, and ensure timely, professional communication
- Support wholesale accounts by processing orders efficiently and building lasting relationships
- Bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs) as requested by Service Advisors and maintain accurate records
- Perform inventory control duties, including stock checks, returns, and organization of parts
- Handle warranty parts and core returns as needed
- Collaborate closely with service, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth department operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter area
