Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; dealership DMS experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians and advisors by identifying, locating, and distributing automotive parts
• Support retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits
• Maintain proper inventory levels through stocking, labeling, and organization
• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments
• Answer phone and email inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department
• Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
