Requirements

  • Previous automotive parts experience required; Porsche or European brand experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of parts catalog systems, inventory control, and ordering procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to identify parts accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform duties that involve standing and moving throughout the day
  • Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians and customers by identifying, sourcing, and providing the correct Porsche parts and accessories
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper receiving, stocking, and tracking procedures
  • Process parts orders efficiently for both wholesale and retail customers
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and vendors
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service at the front counter and over the phone
  • Maintain a clean, organized parts department and follow all safety guidelines
  • Stay current on Porsche parts updates, catalog systems, and product information
  • Support the service team by preparing parts for scheduled repairs and maintenance
