What You’ll Do: Providing top-tier customer service to technicians, advisors and customers; in-person and on the phone. Managing and selling OEM and competitor parts with speed, accuracy, and a solutions-first mindset Navigating systems like Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC with confidence Assisting with daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organization Coordinating delivery routes and building strong vendor relationships Keeping our service and body shop teams equipped with the parts they need and when they need Requirements Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience is a plus - but not required Fast learner with the ability to move quickly through multiple software systems Excellent communication skills - in person and on the phone A sharp eye for detail and a love for staying organized Professional appearance and demeanor —representing the Milton Martin Toyota brand with pride Why Milton Martin Toyota?   • Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience is a plus - but not required
  • Fast learner with the ability to move quickly through multiple software systems
  • Excellent communication skills - in person and on the phone
