Galpin Motors is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our Volkswagen team located in the heart of beautiful North Hills, CA. Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional work ethic and high integrity
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years dealership parts counter experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Field calls from collision and repair centers and fulfill orders for multiple product lines
• Create a positive experience for customers encouraging repeat business and loyal customers
• Use your parts industry knowledge to excel in a fast paced environment
• Build relationships with collision and repair centers by providing high levels of service and follow through
• Coordinate orders from customers using, phone, fax, and email
• Learn new skills and while taking your career to new heights
