Requirements

  • Previous CDK experience is preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of experience working within an automotive Parts Department
  • Previous automotive parts experience required (dealership experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong inventory and data-entry accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership parts management systems is a plus
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale customers, in person and over the phone
  • Assist service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering correct automotive parts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement
  • Order parts and supplies for the dealership and service department
  • Advise customers on parts, accessories, and equipment specific to their vehicle
  • Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
