Requirements
- Previous CDK experience is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of experience working within an automotive Parts Department
- Previous automotive parts experience required (dealership experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong inventory and data-entry accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership parts management systems is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale customers, in person and over the phone
- Assist service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering correct automotive parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement
- Order parts and supplies for the dealership and service department
- Advise customers on parts, accessories, and equipment specific to their vehicle
- Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
