Requirements

- Automotive or parts counter experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily flow of the Volvo/ Subaru Parts Counter , ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
- Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians in person and over the phone.
- Identify, explain, and recommend Honda parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
- Take ownership of the customer experience by providing concierge-level support and ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Process parts invoices, special orders, and returns accurately.
- Communicate parts availability, pricing, and back-order status clearly and proactively.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts counter and work area.
- Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization as needed.
- Carry out additional assignments that help create a positive and lasting customer impression.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
