Strong Written, Organizational And Verbal Communication Skills. Working Knowledge Of Computers; Outlook, Excel and Word. intermediate knowledge of Power Sports and/or Mechanical Knowledge Preferred. Customer service experience Forklift experience (desired) A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record Inventory Control Maintain a clean and organized place Familiar with Part Number and National Stock number identification Locating, moving and delivering parts within or between departments/work centers Driving; pick up and delivery may be required Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts. Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock. Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary. Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
