About The Position
Under the supervision of the Team leader, the ASM Coordinator plans, initiates, and coordinates aftersales machine projects from customer request until final payment is complete. Guide the work of the technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, scope and costs are met. Approach customers proactively and make them aware of possible upgrades for their machinery Gather required project information via email, telephone or travel to customer site Convert engineering advices into quotations by fully understanding the content Promote, sell and explain your quotations to customers Coordinate aftersales machine projects by priority and/or deadlines Collaborate with others to resolve project obstacles Coordinate project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope Align and coordinate with our service team the installation of the project Release invoice and ensure payments are received Follow up on past due invoices
Requirements
- Three to five years’ experience in customer service, sales support or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with computers and software. Microsoft Word, -Excel, -Access -Power point and -Outlook
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on quality work
- Good English communication and writing skills
- ERP System
