About this opportunity PAM Transport is looking for a Shop Leadman to join our Laredo Team! This role requires for an individual with a strong background and experience in handling trailer and tractor parts. Schedule and Pay Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Pay $25 to $30/HR Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Life Insurance Disability Insurance Retirement Plan and 401K with match PTO Paid Weekly Direct Deposit How will you contribute to the success of the team? Promote and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe shop operation for all technicians, customers, and vendors. Assign jobs to technicians and maintain proper job mix to ensure shop productivity. Assist mechanics in developing their skills with support of management. Daily planning of workload to ensure productivity and timely repairs to equipment. Review work orders for accuracy before placing equipment back into service. Perform quality checks to ensure that equipment is being repaired to DOT and PAM standards. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written. Strong time management and organization skills with great attention to detail.
