Responsibilities

• Order, receive, inspect, and distribute parts for collision repair jobs
• Ensure accuracy between estimates and delivered parts
• Communicate with vendors to source quality parts quickly and cost-effectively
• Track back orders, returns, and credits
• Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Maintain organized parts storage and documentation
