The successful candidate will start by providing essential support to our build team and managing our parts inventory. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional trade school training preferred.
  • A strong willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and parts is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a shop or warehouse environment is beneficial.
  • Must be a reliable team player with a good work ethic.
  • A valid driver's license with a 3 year history required.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and retrieve parts for specific jobs, ensuring the right components are available for each build, so deadlines can be met.
  • Place orders for new parts and track deliveries to maintain project timelines.
  • Assist our team of fabricators and installers with various tasks on vehicle builds, providing a smooth and efficient process.
  • Help with prepping vehicles and components for installation and paint.
  • With training and experience, progress to assisting with and eventually performing vehicle painting tasks.
  • Learn how to prep surfaces, masking, sanding, and applying paint and clear coats to meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety.
  • Handle the inventory of all parts and materials, properly stocking and accounting for all items to avoid waste and manage costs.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
