About The Position

Full-Time Parts Consultant We are growing! McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a Full-Time Parts Consultant for our McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence. Job Summary: To support the growth and profitability of the Parts Department by assisting the Service and Sales Departments as well as Wholesale and Retail customers in a friendly and professional manner. Essential Functions: Provide excellent service by listening to customer and internal inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner. Perform a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales and delivery of parts and accessories with an emphasis on same day repairs in the Service Department. Properly identify parts needed to provide an accurate price and availability. Assist with inventory management, the checking in, inspection and stocking of parts. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service. Qualifications: One or more years of Parts Counter experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Capable of problem identification and resolution. Possess good time management skills.
