About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Parts Clerk to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving parts from production mechanics, identify parts using a parts catalogue, and adding parts to Stock using our inventory software. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience with Parts drawings and Parts catalogues, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience working Inventory Control or a Parts desk
• Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Capable of using a parts catalogue and detailed drawings
• Ability to work team members in different departments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Process incoming parts in a neat and organized fashion
• Research parts using a Parts catalogue
• Ensure Inventory is entered accurately and efficiently
• Inspect incoming parts for any damages, defects, or errors
• Adhere to all Quality System and Safety requirements
