Parts Clerk – Fleet & Heavy-Duty Truck Parts Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. 📍 Auburn, IN 🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 🚫 No Weekends Are you an experienced automotive or heavy-duty truck parts professional looking for a stable, day-shift role? Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a dependable Parts Clerk to support our busy fleet service shop in Auburn, IN. Why You’ll Want This Job Consistent Monday–Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends PTO begins accruing Day 1 Competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (multiple plans) Bi-weekly employer HSA contributions Employer-paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match after 1 year Stable work environment with long-term career potential What You’ll Do Order parts from approved vendors and create purchase orders Receive, stock, label, and organize parts inventory Maintain bin locations and accurate inventory levels Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Supply technicians with parts needed for repairs Process parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory Operate a forklift to load/unload parts Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe Answer phones and assist customers as needed Support shop operations and perform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For 5+ years of parts experience preferred in: Automotive Heavy-duty truck or trailer Transport refrigeration Fleet or dealership environment High school diploma or GED Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid, clean driver’s license Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen About Transport Refrigeration Services We are a trusted provider of fleet maintenance and refrigeration solutions, supporting commercial transportation across the country. Requirements
- 5+ years of parts experience preferred in: Automotive Heavy-duty truck or trailer Transport refrigeration Fleet or dealership environment
- High school diploma or GED
