About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting maintenance operations by ordering, tracking, and organizing parts, tools, and supplies. Processing purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor communications to ensure smooth workflow. Maintaining accurate inventory of mechanic parts and ensuring timely restocking to support equipment reliability. Partnering with plant and maintenance teams to improve organization, streamline processes, and support operational needs. Coordinating daily plant administrative activities, including data entry, reporting, and document management.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory systems.
  • Ability to learn and navigate procurement, inventory, and maintenance management systems.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, parts tracking, and data entry.
  • Initiative to problem-solve, improve processes, and support efficient plant and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities
