About The Position

Join our established Case IH dealership as a Parts Clerk. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and service team by managing parts sales, inventory, and orders. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their parts and service needs Process sales transactions accurately within the business system Receive, stock, and organize parts and materials in proper bin locations Create parts quotes and orders for customers, technicians, and the service department Communicate order status, complete invoicing, and follow up with customers as needed Use OEM Dealer Portals to research parts, troubleshoot issues, and access warranty information Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks accurately and on schedule Assist customers with parts selection for equipment operation and maintenance Operate material handling equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines Why Join Us Work with a respected dealership representing top brands like Case IH Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth and ongoing training

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Position may require climbing, squatting, stooping, and kneeling
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with business or inventory systems
  • Attention to detail with good organizational habits
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to think critically and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Previous parts or inventory experience preferred (Ag or Construction industry a plus)
  • Familiarity with computerized shop or dealership management systems preferred
