Maintains adequate supply of parts, material and equipment to maintain vehicle repairs. Provides information for requisitioning or ordering parts and supplies. Accepts delivers and reconciles to orders placed. Inputs inventory into database. Maintains records of repairs and parts/equipment issued. Reviews product availability to ensure purchased items are safe and meet standards established. Responds to telephone inquiries and/or directs to proper person. Provides clerical support including typing, filing and greeting visitors. Prepares and inputs data and work orders into computer database. Operates forklift if necessary. Processes title applications and secures exempt tags for county equipment; handles transfers of titles and exempt tag return upon sale of County vehicles. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
