About The Position

We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Clerk to join our Springfield Inventory Parts team. This full-time role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting technicians with parts ordering, monitoring inventory levels, and receiving all incoming freight. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package at 90 days.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background and a MVR check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work full-time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in inventory or parts environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and respectful service to all customers
• Assist technicians with researching and ordering parts accurately
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight
• Complete daily responsibilities accurately and on time
• Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to the Parts Supervisor
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
