Transport Refrigeration, Inc. is hiring a full-time Parts Clerk in Madison, WI! Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in parts (automotive, diesel, truck/trailer preferred)
• Computer proficiency (especially Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to become forklift certified and travel for occasional training
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
• Process counter quotes and invoices in our MAS inventory system
• Order, stock, track, and manage parts inventory
• Distribute parts to service technicians and maintain accurate records
• Deliver parts to local vendors and customers as needed
• Assemble OEM and custom parts
• Operate a forklift to move inventory and load/unload trailers
